Guatemala Elephant is a maragogype (big) bean and has an exquisite aroma with a delicate, sweet taste. A deeply dimensioned and well balanced nutty coffee. Sweet, clean and bright, Guatemala is a well rounded cup with hints of citrus and berry flavours. Piquant, fruity, refreshing and very lively it has a medium/heavy body with rich chocolate and molasses notes and a long, winy finish.
