The rainforest alliance promotes sustainable environments for the production of coffee, they also ensure that the workers have access to medical care and schooling. Most El Salvadors are soft coffees with relatively subdued acidity, much like many Mexico and Central America coffees grown on
ocean-influenced slopes and valleys. Nevertheless, these El Salvador coffees
can be fine, fragrant and seductive. Thsi is a Pacamara varietal and is one of current favourites.
